The Statement of Work includes the demolition, removal and site restoration of two buildings; Building 204 (pre-engineered metal and brick one story building, approx. 46,500 sf) and Building 416 (CMU and brick three-story building, approx. 7,133 sf/floor). Both buildings are built on piles which will be removed as part of the scope. The scope includes removal of hazardous materials (evidence of asbestos and lead paint is present in each building). Site restoration will include backfill, compaction, site grading to ensure proper drainage and seeding and sodding.

The Statement of Work included the testing and removal of soil contaminated by 20 gallons of non-PCB mineral oil, which was spilled when a transformer exploded in 2006. The project included the relocation of the transformer and rerouting of electrical lines to the switch box and breaker panels. Once the transformer was relocated, the contaminated soil was excavated and the walls and ground water were tested to ensure TRPH contaminants were contained to the area of soil which was removed.

The project also included repairs to overhead roll-up doors, replacing damaged siding and adding gutters and downspouts.
